Dinner - Teriyaki Glazed Salmon Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

  • Steamed broccoli

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the teriyaki glaze over the salmon.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

  7. Serve with steamed broccoli.
