Lunch - Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Butter lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced bell peppers, cucumber, and shredded carrots.

  2. Drizzle hoisin sauce and soy sauce over the mixture, then toss to combine.

  3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto butter lettuce leaves and wrap them up.
