Blackberry Jam Canapes
YAY! I made cute little dessert hors d’oevres with amazing seedless blackberry jelly ($27.00 per jar) Dan Johnston shared with me. I started with a saltine (enough sugar in the jelly so a cookie would be too much, but I wanted salt and a base). I added a smear of plain cream cheese and a dollop of the jelly. So yummy. I made a plate full for Keith and me with jelly from Dan Johnston.
