UGLY BUGLY AND THE KIDS

Once upon a time, there were two girls named Lilly and Presley. And they were walking into school. And they were eating breakfast. And then they went in their classrooms. Presley and Lilly. And suddenly, Lilly saw Ugly Bugly out the window of the classroom.

And then she got up and she asked the teacher to open the window. But she said, “no.” So Lilly went outside to say, “Ugly Bugly what are you doing here.?”

Ugly Bugly said, “Well, cuz I just want to watch you and what you are doing in class.”

And Lilly said, “Okay.” And then Lilly brought Ugly Bugly inside her classroom. Then Ugly Bugly was shy.

And then all the kids were freaked out. They were just staring at her. And then Lilly said, “Calm down. It’s okay, guys. She’s a nice witch. She’s gonna stay with me.“

Then Lilly and Ugly Bugly had to go tell Miss Galla and the school principal to tell Presley to come downstairs.

Then Lilly, Presley and Ugly Bugly went inside Lilly’s classroom.

Then the other day in the morning, we went in Presley’s classroom.

We kept taking turns with Ugly Bugly in our classrooms. And we got to see her at lunch, recess, and after school.

And then finally, there was a school Halloween parade and she gave us presents for writing this story. Lilly is writing this story and Presley will be writing the other one.

Lilly won the story contest , I think. (and I hope I did). They lived happily ever after.

This is Lilly’s entry in the 2019 Ugly Bugly Story Contest. She tied for first place for the best story written by a human girl. Astonishingly, she tied with her sister, Presley. This is her tale
