Taco Soup


INGREDIENTS

• 2# ground beef

• 1 envelope of taco seasoning

• 1-1/2 cup of water

• 16 oz. can mild chili beans (undrained)

• 15.25 oz. can of kernel corn (drained)

• 15 oz. can of pinto beans (rinsed, drained)

• 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes

• 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes w/green chilis

• 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis (optional)

• 1 envelope of ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Cook beef. Add taco seasoning. Mix well.

Step 2

Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Step 3

Simmer uncovered until heated through (approx. 15 minutes) Stir occasionally while heating.

Step 4

Freeze half. Serve with corn bread.
