In this issue we introduce Sister Spirit’s Numb-Nun Yoga Classes, relay four contemplations that will be discussed at the July meeting of SOUL, and include three Gifts of the Spirit you are asked to give. These gifts include your story about a meaningful convent, any events that should be included in our Holy Days of Obligation, and a sharing of your true and false fitness journey. The Order will meet next on Tuesday, July 18.
