Meditation on Peace
To connect with the flow of life in the most powerful way. Establish a fundamental sense of peace and security, this is the foundation upon which everything else is built. Keith calls it that “little piece of gold” that is deep inside your heart. He first heard about this from his mother when he was a young boy. There is a place inside all of us which is always calm, safe, and peaceful, and we can reside there anytime we desire.
As I meditate on peace, I am awakened to its flow deep within my being. It grounds me, protects me, and secures me in the sense of safety it provides - an acceptance of whatever comes next. As I am filled with peace, there is a ripple that is felt by the things I impact. As this ripple radiates, I realize I am an agent of change in the universe and can make it a better place, in even the smallest way, by the energy I bring to each moment.
Study Notes:
“We want to radiate the energy of abundant well-being to the world…Your biggest contribution to the world is what you are on the inside - not what you do on the outside. Beginning with inner security and peace, we want to make these qualities part of our well-being - making these qualities something you and others can feel and depend on.”
“Share yourself with everyone around you. Radiate positivity. An awakened life naturally gives to others.”
“This energy is not random or blind—it is intelligent and purposeful. It not only clears away the obsolete habits and conditioning in our lives . . . it also structures new patterns of thought and behavior that reflect our infinite potentiality.”
I am the fearless creator of my beautiful life.
Life happens for me and through me.
I am here to create more love in the world.
I radiate complete peace and security.
My life energy protects and secures me.
My security and peace are within
Om Bhukaha (Sanskrit: I express my security in the world).
