Meditation on Power
We are always supported by an inner power, the same force that powers the universe. And we are connected to that. True power is not derived from accomplishments or social status. True power is not our ego, self-discipline, dominance, or will. It is not having power over people or situations. Being powerful is simply being full of power. Our authentic power is the power to create and the agency to impact outcomes. It is a result of simply being. Nature is a testament to this concept.

When we feel our connection to the flow of the universe, fear is replaced with strength. All life has its peaks and valleys. Our true power, when aligned with the power of the universe, helps us maintain an even temperament and resilience regardless of life’s situation. There is a quiet trust that dwells in us when we connect with our true power. This inner strength is always there. It does not deplete.

Rather than focusing on our own anxieties, pain, anger, etc., we can move our focus to nature and its flow, attending to our role and how to bring love, support, and understanding to the situation. This is at the heart of the confidence we feel, enabling us to be a blessing.

Connection with out true power also helps us, not just those impacted by us. It ends our bullying and victim identities. It gives us energy to create and to accomplish our most important dreams. It allows us to nourish the things we touch, and “provide a model of grace, power, and support to those around us.”

The expression of our true power becomes the means through which growth and structure unfolds. We become a strong field of organizing power in our environment—like a powerful magnet. Our influence does not stem from an ego need for power or control. Instead, we connect our individual strength with cosmic power and intelligence, thereby becoming a strong conduit. We manifest this way of self-expression naturally, as a conscious participant in nature’s grand orchestration of life. Spiritual power is the flow of universal power focused through us to support and benefit others.

STUDY NOTES
Power comes from alignment with the universe. We become a fount of inspiration and hope for the people around us. When you have the strength to surrender and follow your flow, you are a beacon and a light, emanating a force greater than yourself - that unhindered source of peace and clarity - a vortex of strength and power.”

“It is a core of the mental, emotional, and spiritual strength you need to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.  This gives us courage, stamina, self-reliance, perseverance, and persistence.  By aligning strength, confidence, and power - we become a sense of organizing power for those around us.”

“The greatest power comes from surrender - not as in passive or giving up.  You surrender goals and obstacles to the universe.”

“When healing is needed, organized changes occur at every level.  You don’t need to force healing, it happens naturally.  The support you give through your authentic power provides a special support for the world because it provides healing.”

“To keep the energy of power - take special notice of obstacles removed or things going well.  By noticing when support arrives unexpectedly, you are enforcing your true power.”

“Always remember every and any situation can be resolved without force.”

My power and strength are within.
My life energy organizes life effortlessly.
I radiate strength and support.
