Granny's Easy Creamy Corn Bread
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup shredded cheddar
2/3 c. sour cream
2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam.
Mix cornbread as directed on package.
Add in corn and cheese.
Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
