Granny's Easy Creamy Corn Bread


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 2/3 c. sour cream

  • 2 eggs


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam.

  • Mix cornbread as directed on package.

  • Add in corn and cheese.

  • Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
