Lunch - Mediterranean Hummus Wrap Ingredients:
1 whole-grain wrap
1/4 cup hummus
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Lay the whole-grain wrap on a flat surface.
Spread hummus evenly over the wrap.
Add cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half.
