Lunch - Mediterranean Hummus Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-grain wrap

  • 1/4 cup hummus

  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole-grain wrap on a flat surface.

  2. Spread hummus evenly over the wrap.

  3. Add cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half.
