Breakfast - Avocado and Egg Toast Ingredients:
1 slice whole-grain bread
1/2 avocado, mashed
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast the bread.
Spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
Fry the egg in a non-stick pan until the yolk is cooked to your liking.
Place the fried egg on top of the avocado toast.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
