Breakfast - Avocado and Egg Toast Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Spread the mashed avocado on the toast.

  3. Fry the egg in a non-stick pan until the yolk is cooked to your liking.

  4. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado toast.
