Mischief | Hedwig Loves Presley

All the magical birds in Witch Land know that Presley loves all kinds of birds, so all they adore her. They call her Princess Presley because they love her so much.

Hedwig, the most important magical bird, wanted to meet Presley, but I told him that Granny and Paw would never let Bubo Scandiacus (that is the scientific term for Snowy Owl) inside their house.

Hedwig was so sad not to meet Presley. He cried little tiny owl tears that ran down his feathery cheeks. I couldn't take it anymore. You know how kind I can be to birds (except crows who bring it on themselves).

So I decided to do a little magic to help the poor thing. I turned Hedwig into a puppet Snowy Owl so he could meet Presley in real life. Then I used my wand to change him back to real when their introductory visit was over. Pretty great witchery, if you ask me!

Hedwig was so happy and still flies around acting superior to the other fowl because of his intimate association with Princess Presley. He says she is the sweetest person he ever met. Even sweeter than Harry Potter!

Rubeus Hagrid bought Hedwig at the Eeylops Owl Emporium. He gave Hedwig to Harry Potter as a gift for his eleventh birthday. Perhaps I will buy Presley her own Bubo Scandiacus on her eleventh birthday. Maybe she will name it after me: "Ugly Owl Bugly.” What do you think?
